Definitely one of the most surprising albums of recent times. It’s such a creative blend of genres. The influence of Dark Side of the Moon is very obvious and other psychedelic rock artists such as Tame Impala. While this genre is a very far stretch from Yachtys previous music, it still sounds like it is grounded in his hip hop roots which I think would have been a very challenging thing to create but the finished product sounds very good. When this first released I thought it was hilarious that he just randomly released this banger psych rock album.
