Das Album, was ich am ehesten mit dem Wort „Perfektion“ beschreiben würde. Obwohl die überwiegende Mehrheit der Songs die 5 Minuten Marke locker überschreiten, macht sich keine Langeweile breit. Jeder Song überzeugt von vorne bis hinten, von den Balladen wie „I‘d Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That)“, zurecht ein Megahit, bis zu den härteren, fast Hard Rock Songs wie „Life Is A Lemon And I Want My Money Back“, alle Songs sind pure Perfektion, Jim Steinman hat eine komponistische Meisterleistung abgeliefert und Meat Loaf hat die perfekte Stimme für das beste Rock Album aller Zeiten geliefert.

Almost as good as BooH, just not quite as much of a classic, and not every song needs to be 10 minutes long (although I’m not complaining personally, just thinking generally)
