I know I’m in like a super definite 100% tiny minority here but… I liked this more than Songs For The Deaf. I know, I’m shocked too. Despite the demand to simply replicate their last hit instead the high octane thrill of their last album is traded for a more moody and dark sound. Don’t get me wrong there are still plenty of heavy hitting tracks here. I’m glad they tried their hardest not to just do what people wanted because as much as I love Songs For The Deaf it just wouldn’t have been interesting. My favourite album by them so far and now I am entirely positive it can’t get better than this for me.
