This is probably one of the most underrated albums of all time, SWV are really underrated in general, this album is phenomenal. Combining this dark, dreamy soul atmosphere and combining it with the 90’s r&b and vocal style makes for a staggering project. Songs like “Rain” prove that, the chorus is beautiful and they put on an amazing vocal performance, it has the charismatic yet soft and atmospheric feel to it with the beautiful vocals and the tranquil production. Overall the album gives a romantic vibe to it, the instrumentation and vocals are so beautiful and soothing. They’re quite hypnotizing as well.
