Blood on the Tracks1975

Wow! Really underwhelmed in the first half but the second half has some of the best writing I’ve heard. It’s peculiar that modern music just doesn’t see the same level of marriage between the vocals and instruments. I don’t consider myself a Bob Dylan enjoyer in fact his vocal inflections I find irritating and distracting from the music. I’m starting to mature on this and the more I listen the more I find it an enjoyable part of his character and his music and a stylistic quality in some tracks.

We need to bring harmonicas back. Modern country and blues could really own that sound.
